* At 556 AM EDT, Doppler radar indicated heavy rain that will cause minor flooding in the advisory area. Rainfall rates of up to an inch per hour are possible with this activity, which will result in urban and poor drainage flooding this morning. The area of heavy rain is expected to move east after 8 am.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Newark, Jersey City, Paterson, Elizabeth, Passaic, Wayne, Hoboken, Plainfield, Bloomfield, Hackensack, Linden, Orange, Bergenfield, Paramus and Ridgewood.
