APD Seeks Information in Grand Theft Case 
The Anderson Police Department is seeking the public’s assistance in identifying a suspect in a grand theft investigation.
On June 19, 2017, a white or Hispanic male adult entered the Ace Hardware Express store, located at 1900 Marx Wy. in the City of Anderson. The suspect rented a Honda GE-011-01 2000 Watt Generator, valued at approximately $1200.00, under a local business account with a false name.
The suspect did not have the authority or permission to use the business account and has since failed to return the generator by the specified date in the rental contract.
The suspect’s vehicle appears to be a newer white Nissan four door. Digital photo enhancements are being processed at this time, however the below attached photographs are being released to the public in hopes of identifying the as soon as possible.
