ORDINANCE 416
8.22.040 Illegal Fireworks – Possession or Discharge.
A. It is illegal, unlawful, and a public nuisance for any person to possess, possess remnants, sell, store, transport, use, discharge, or improperly dispose of any illegal fireworks or any fireworks that do not carry the “Safe and Sane” seal or any fireworks which are specifically prohibited by the State of California.
B. The fine for Violation of Dos Palos Municipal Code 8.22.040 A. is $1,000 per offense.
