79-year old Reed Phillips who was reported missing by his family on June 28th has been found safe.
The Sheriff's Department wants to thank the public for their assistance with this case.

The Sheriff's Department wants your help in finding a missing person at risk.
79-year old Reed Phillips walked away from his home in the 500 block of Granados Avenue in Solana Beach around 10:30 this morning. Phillips' family members say he has Alzheimers and has wandered away before. He's known to frequent beach areas.
Phillips has a strawberry-colored birth mark on his arm. He was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a picture of a palm tree, black and grey shorts and black slip on shoes. He wears tinted eyeglasses. He doesn't have a cell phone or wallet.
