* Until 215 PM CDT
* At 816 AM CDT, Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Two to three inches of rain have already fallen across much of the warning area. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Chillicothe, Brookfield, Marceline, Hamilton, Salisbury, Braymer, Brunswick, Polo, Keytesville, Hale, Breckenridge, Kingston, Bosworth, Utica, Cowgill, New Cambria, Mendon, Tina, Ludlow and Sumner.
