* At 345 AM CDT, severe thunderstorms were located along a line
extending from 6 miles north of Mound Valley to near Tyro, moving
southeast at 40 mph.
HAZARD...70 mph wind gusts and nickel size hail.
SOURCE...Radar indicated.
IMPACT...Expect considerable tree damage. Damage is likely to
mobile homes, roofs, and outbuildings.

Parsons, Coffeyville, Cherryvale, Caney, Oswego, Chetopa, Altamont,
Edna, Dearing, Mound Valley, Tyro, Liberty, Bartlett, Labette,
Angola, Dennis, Big Hill Lake and Coffeyville Airport.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
Prepare immediately for large hail and damaging winds. People outside
