A fallen tree has blocked Memorial Hey around the Highlands area. Lake Lure Fire crews had to wait on Duke Energy to begin clearing debris. This should happen shortly. One lane should be open soon.
Duke has estimated power restored to Lake Lure and Chimney Rock by 1:30pm
