Northeastern Andrew County in northwestern Missouri... Northern Livingston County in north central Missouri... Northern Chariton County in north central Missouri... Southwestern Adair County in northeastern Missouri... Worth County in northwestern Missouri... Daviess County in north central Missouri... Gentry County in northwestern Missouri... * At 319 PM CDT, widespread flooding reported throughout the warned area with multiple roads closed. 5 to 11 inches of rain have fallen.
