* Until 530 PM EDT
* At 231 PM EDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to two inches of rain have already fallen.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include... Onondaga, Syracuse, Utica, Rome, De Witt, Sullivan, Oneida, Kirkland, Lenox and Pompey. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 3 inches is possible in the warned area. Flood waters are moving down Sauquoit Creek and Owasco inlet.
* AFFECTED AREAS: CAYUGA ... CORTLAND ... MADISON ... ONEIDA ... ONONDAGA ... OTSEGO
