* At 946 AM CDT, Doppler radar and automated rain gauges indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Up to 4 inches of rain have fallen. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly. Additional rainfall amounts of 1 to 2 inches are possible in the warned area. This includes Interstate 80 in Nebraska between mile markers 366 and 388.
* AFFECTED AREAS: SEWARD
Instructions:
Excessive runoff from heavy rainfall will cause flooding of small creeks and streams, country roads, farmland, and other low lying spots.
