Central Madison County in north central Alabama...
* Until 730 AM CDT
* At 429 AM CDT, radar and rain gauge reports indicated heavy rain
has fallen across north Huntsville. Up to three inches of rain
have already fallen in the past 3 hours with additional heavy rain
possible. Flash flooding is expected to begin shortly.
* Some locations that will experience flooding include...
Northern Huntsville, Moores Mill, Meridianville, Alabama A And M
University, New Market, Harvest and Ryland.
Flooding is expected to occur along Broglan Branch along Oakwood
Avenue where a sharp rise in the stage is occurring. Urban flash
flooding is also possible, especially in poor drainage locations.
