In April of 2016, owner and personal trainer, David Lance Wolfsmith of the Wolfpak Morgan Hill was arrested on multiple counts of lewd acts with a minor and sexual battery. On Friday June 23rd, 2017 David Wolfsmith, pleaded guilty to 14 counts pertaining to his sexual assault of 13 different victims. Two of the victims were minors, the other 11 were adults. All violations were committed during his course of work, these violations were; one count of lewd and lascivious acts on a child under 14 years old, one count of annoying or molesting a child, and 12 counts of sexual battery by fraud. He pled to 7 years in state prison, with a lifetime requirement to register as a sex offender once he is released from custody.
