SEVERE WEATHER EXPECTED THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING 
• Very warm, humid conditions today will allow for severe thunderstorm development this afternoon/evening.
• All of northern MI is at risk for severe storms, especially a large portion of northern Lower MI.
• Severe storms are most likely to occur between 2-10 PM, initially affecting eastern Upper MI and eventually reaching areas near Saginaw Bay.
• Damaging winds in excess of 60 mph and large hail 1" or larger in diameter remain the primary expected severe hazards.
• Frequent lightning and locally heavy rainfall also possible.
