Madison County has issued a travel ADVISORY for rural parts of Madison County roads.  This advisory has been issued due to numerous locations in Madison County where water is across roadways and tree limbs are obstructing traffic.  After dark, travel will be more dangerous as these hazards are hard to see.   Motorists are encouraged to use caution and limit travel if possible.
