Arrest: 26 year old male, resident of Ceres
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers contacted a subject standing in the middle of the street, holding a television. Further investigation determined that the subject was driving around looking for items left on the curb. The subject was found to be on searchable probation. A search was conducted, yielding a methamphetamine pipe. He was cited and released.

Arrest: 31 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Under the influence of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers responded to a report of a suspicious vehicle. Upon their arrival, it was determined that the occupant was on searchable probation. A search yielded a methamphetamine pipe. The subject displayed the objective symptoms of being under the influence of a narcotic. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Arrest: 25 year old male, resident of Campbell
Charges: DUI
Officers responded to a report of a male subject seen drinking a bottle of wine while driving away in his vehicle. An enforcement stop was conducted and it was determined that the driver displayed the objective signs of alcohol intoxication. He was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

Magneson Loop/Los Gatos Boulevard
Arrest: 57 year old female
Charges: Drunk in public
Officers responded to a welfare check of a subject reported to be sleeping under a vehicle. Upon their arrival, the female was located under a vehicle passed out. It was determined that she was too intoxicated to care for herself. She was arrested and transported to Main Jail.

00-blk N. Santa Cruz Ave
Officers broke up several altercations and were approached by a subject who was bleeding from his face. Further investigation determined that the victim had been pushed into a glass window, shattering the glass and causing injury. Follow-up is being conducted.
