Flood advisory in effect for Southeastern Michigan from 11/12/17 3:00 pm until 11:00 am on 07/13/2017. 
Periods of thunderstorms are likely through tonight. There is a slight chance that these storms will be severe. The primary threat will be wind gusts to 60 mph and flash flooding. Secondary threats include hail to 1 inch in diameter and isolated tornado development. With the high water levels localized flooding is expected.
