the Sebastopol 2017 Citizens’ Police Academy!
September 7th thru November 2nd, 2017, Thursday evenings from 6:30pm-9pm
Tuition is Free!!
The Sebastopol Citizens’ Police Academy is nine weeks. Classes meet Thursday evenings from 6:30 pm to 9:00 pm at the Sebastopol Police Department, located at 6850 Laguna Park Way in Sebastopol. It will include tours of the Family Justice Center, Sonoma County Jail, and the SRJC Police Academy in Windsor. Guest speakers will include Sebastopol Police Chief Jeff Weaver, Sonoma County District Attorney Jill Ravitch, and the Sheriff of Sonoma County.
Come learn how various law enforcement agencies interact to protect the citizens of West County.
We are currently taking applications for the Sebastopol Academy. Applications must be received by August 19, 2017.
The application is attached or you can find it by coming into the Sebastopol Police Department. You can mail in the completed application or drop it by our office, located at 6850 Laguna Park way in Sebastopol.
