Officers responded to a report of a vehicle tampering. Two unknown suspects were observed tampering with the victim’s motorcycle.

Arrest: 37 year old female, resident of Milpitas; 55 year old male, resident of San Jose
Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia, driving on a suspended license, false registration tabs
Officers conducted a traffic enforcement stop and determined that the passenger had several active warrants. The driver was found to be driving on a suspended license. False tabs were displayed on the vehicle in an attempt to avoid registration. A search of the vehicle yielded a methamphetamine pipe.

Officers responded to a hit and run collision involving injuries. The roadway was reduced to one lane for a brief period of time while the collision investigation was conducted.

Officers responded to a hit and run collision involving injuries involving a vehicle and a bicyclist. The vehicle fled the scene.

Charges: Possession of drug paraphernalia
Officers made contact with a subject and determined that he was on searchable probation. A search yielded drug paraphernalia. He was cited and released.

Officers responded to a reported grand theft. The victim noticed several valuable items missing after a remodel was completed at the home.
