Female Taken Into Custody On Suspicion Of Arson

SUSPECT(S): Amie Sword, 24 years old, Twentynine Palms
VICTIM(S): Break N Run Billiards
SUMMARY:
On Sunday, July 23, 2017 at approximately 11:45 p.m., deputies from the San Bernardino County Sheriff’s Department Morongo Basin Station responded to the Break N Run Billiards in Twentynine Palms, regarding a suspicious fire inside of the business. Evidence located at the scene confirmed the fire was intentionally started. The fire was extinguished before causing any damage to the business. During the investigation, deputies contacted Amie Sword who was taken into custody on suspicion of arson. Sword was transported to the Morongo Basin Jail where she was booked in lieu of $250,000 bail.
