The Red Oak Police Department would like to send out a huge thank you and heartfelt gratitude to Caitlyn Watson and her mother Sherry Williams. Caitlyn has been saving her money and took it upon herself to buy the animals at the Red Oak Animal Shelter several treats and goodies to improve their quality of life. Caitlyn is nine years old and stated that she would like to work in an animal shelter one day. Caitlyn and her mother dropped off the donated items today and took some time visiting with the animals and handing out treats. Caitlyn is the epitome of selfless service and being a blessing.
