Chula Vista Police have arrested 46 year old Tina Murray for felony hit and run stemming from a fatal July 3rd collision @ 2400 Main St.. 
Synopsis:
On Monday, July 3rd, 2017, at approximately 1415 hours, Pablo Rosa-Velez was struck and killed while riding his motorcycle in the 2400 block of Main St. The driver of the other vehicle pulled out in front of Rosa-Velez, and he struck the driver’s side of the vehicle. The other driver fled the scene.
Witnesses provided the suspects’ vehicle description (pictured above).
UPDATE
Officers located the suspect vehicle a few days later and identified the driver as 46-year-old Imperial Beach resident Tina Murray. On 7/24/2017, CVPD Detectives located and arrested Murray. Murray was charged with Felony Hit and Run and booked into Las Colinas.
