07/19/17 WTPD arrested Aaron Smith, age 37, of Bloomsbury, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department. On 07/19/17 at approximately 1:52 PM, patrol made contact with the driver of a vehicle that was improperly parked in a “No Parking “ zone on Belvidere Ave. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Smith, had an outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and an outstanding $1000.00 warrant for his arrest out of Washington Borough. Mr. Smith was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for parking in a “no parking” zone and turned over to the Warren County Sheriff’s Department.

07/20/17 WTPD arrested Lee Stocker, age 48, of Phillipsburg, NJ for outstanding warrants totaling $1000.00 out Pohatcong and Greenwich Townships. On 07/20/17 at approximately 3:28 PM, patrol responded to a welfare check of a subject at Abilities of Northwest NJ, 268 Rte 31 N. in Washington Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Stocker had outstanding warrants for his arrest. He was taken into custody without incident, processed and turned over to Greenwich Twp. PD.
07/21/17 WTPD arrested Ricky Delgado, age 32, of Bath, PA for a $300.00 outstanding arrest warrant out of Washington Borough. Mr. Delgado was processed and released with a new court date.

07/21/17 WTPD arrested Michael McGuinness, age 28, of Washington, NJ for terrorist threats, aggravated assault, possession of a weapon for unlawful purpose (hand gun), aggravated assault with a firearm, and unlawful possession of an ammo magazine. Mr. McGuinness was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

07/22/17 WTPD arrested Wessly Louis, age 33, of New York, NY and Arcelis Maria, age 34, of Paterson, NJ. On 07/22/17 at 10:19 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on E. Asbury Anderson Rd. in Washington Township for speeding. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Louis, had an outstanding $1000.00 warrant for his arrest out of Oradell Borough. The vehicle’s passenger, Ms. Maria, was also found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest out of Paterson. Mr. Louis was processed and turned over to Oradell PD. Ms. Maria was processed and released with a new court date.

07/23/17 WTPD arrested David Garriques, age 45, of Washington, NJ for an $81.00 outstanding warrant out of Hackettstown. On 07/23/17 at approximately 3:13 AM, patrol conducted a motor vehicle stop on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough for driving without headlights. The officer’s investigation revealed that the vehicle’s driver, Mr. Garriques, had an outstanding warrant. Mr. Garriques was processed, issued a motor vehicle summons for driving when headlights are required and released with a new court date.

07/23/17 WTPD arrested Davell Walls, age 27, of Easton, PA for a $1000.00 outstanding arrest warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Walls was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
