After the public's help in identifying the subjects in the photo and a complete investigation, this case has been closed do to a misunderstanding between the two parties involved.
The Rutherfordton Police Department is seeking help identifying the subjects in the photo. The white female and black male are wanted for questioning in a larceny at the East Mountain Kwik Mart in Rutherfordton. They were seen driving a bronze SUV which is shown in the photo.
