Norton Shores Police Department is once again offering a Women's Self Defense Program. The program, called RAD: Rape Aggression Defense, provides realistic self-defense tactics and techniques. The program goes over awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance.
This FREE two day class offers classroom discussion and followed by basic hands-on defense training.
The classes are being held on August 16th, from 6 pm-9 pm, and on August 17th, from 8 am - 4 pm.
