A recommended evacuation will likely be the last warning given. // Your Kern County emergency authorities recommend that all persons in the Wofford Heights area, including residences both east and west of Wofford Blvd., both north and south of Evans Road/Highway 155, evacuate as soon as possible. // An evacuation center has been set up at the Kern River Valley Senior Citizens Center at 6405 Lake Isabella Blvd. in Lake Isabella.
