(Etowah County, Alabama) A Boaz man was arrested in connection to domestic violence, according to Sheriff Todd Entrekin.

“Adam Cassidy Smith, 33, of Boaz, was arrested and charged with two counts of second degree domestic violence, a felony,” investigator Vashonda Ragland said.

Smith allegedly assaulted a male and female victim during an argument. The victims sustained injuries that include a fractured eye socket, broken nose and other minor lacerations.

He was booked into the Etowah County Detention Center on $10,000 bond. As a requirement of the bond, Smith is prohibited from having contact or communication with the victims.
