Evansville Police are searching for 64 year old VIVIAN RANSOM. She was reported missing around 11:00am today. She was last seen in the area of Washington Ave and Hebron.
She was wearing an orange or red shirt and jeans. She was carrying a light brown purse. She is 5'03" and 150lbs. She has brown hair and green eyes. Police believe she is walking and maybe inside of a business or store on the east side.
