Traffic signal at La Media Road and East Palomar Street in Chula Vista shut down Thursday, August 10. 
The traffic signal at La Media Road and East Palomar Street will be shut down between 8:30 a.m. and 5 p.m. on Thursday, August 10, to complete the wiring of the new traffic signal.
The intersection will remain open to traffic during this time, but the intersection will be controlled by an all-way stop using stop signs. Intermittent lane closures may occur throughout the day. Drivers should slow down, allow more time to reach their destination, and anticipate possible traffic delays.
