Attention Cape Canaveral Residents: Today, between the hours of 9:00 am and 5:00 pm, the Brevard County Sheriff’s Office and Canaveral Fire Rescue will be conducting a joint training exercise with several Law Enforcement Agencies in the area of Thurm Blvd and A1A. Numerous emergency vehicles may be seen in the area and loud noises, explosives or bangs may be heard. There is no cause for alarm and residents are asked to avoid the area as not to disrupt the exercise. This training will help these agencies be better prepared to respond to any situation that may arise in the future. Thank you in advance for your support and cooperation.
