The National Weather Service in Huntsville Alabama has issued a
* Flood Warning for...
Northeast Madison County in north central Alabama...
* Until 1030 PM CDT
* At 436 PM CDT, the public reported flooding in the Moores Mill
area, particularly near the Flint River and Brier Fork. While the
heaviest rain ended hours ago, runoff is still causing flooding on
roadways near the Flint River and its tributaries in northeastern
Madison County. Flooding will continue to move downstream towards
Brownsboro and US Highway 72 through this evening. A river flood
warning remains in effect for the rest of the Flint River basin
through tonight.
