Montgomery Fest begins tonight at 5 pm. PLEASE obey posted no parking signs; watch for increased pedestrian traffic! 
The Montgomery Police Department would like to remind everyone of the Montgomery Fest which begins tonight in downtown Montgomery along the Fox River.
The fest starts at 5 pm tonight and there will be road closures affecting downtown Montgomery traffic throughout the weekend. The fest concludes on Sunday night after the fireworks.
Please be mindful of the posted no parking signs and always watch out for pedestrian traffic!
We strongly encourage you to use the free shuttle busses that are scheduled beginning on Saturday. Free shuttle bus service is provided to downtown Montgomery on Saturday and Sunday from
Lakewood Creek Elementary School and from the UHaul parking lot on Douglas Road near Route 30. Shuttle busses will run about every half hour from 11 am until 10 pm. ****STRONGLY encouraged if you are attending the parade on Sunday to utilize the shuttle bus service as downtown streets WILL be closed off, and access limited****
