Fest Parade Traffic: Main St will close down at 11:45 on Sunday 8/13 in Montgomery! Be advised! Use the shuttles! 
The Montgomery Police Department would like to remind all persons traveling throughout our downtown area that the Montgomery Fest Parade begins promptly at 1:00 pm on Sunday 8/13. Main Street will be SHUT DOWN starting at 11:45 am.
If you are a participant in the parade, you MUST be in the Lyon Metal parking lot at 420 N. Main Street prior to 11:45 am for parade line up. Main Street must be closed to ensure safety of all participants at that time.
If you are traveling downtown to view the parade, it is strongly encouraged you partake in the free shuttle service that is offered. The shuttles travel from two locations to the festival beginning at 11 am:

Uhaul 1900 Douglas Rd
We appreciate all of our attendees and participants and do hope you understand the necessity for these road closures.
The parade will kick off at 1 pm on Sunday at
Main and Mill Street, travel south to Watkins,
over to River Street and back up to Mill.
