Clark Road between Bruins Lane and Bencomo Lane will be closed to thru traffic Thursday, Aug. 17, for construction operations. Speeding fines will be doubled in the area and motorists are advised to obey posted signs within the construction zone. RoadRUNNER Transit will not be impacted.
