Flood Warning until 06:45AM
...A FLOOD WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT UNTIL 100 PM CDT WEDNESDAY FOR SOUTHEASTERN NANCE...NORTHERN YORK...EASTERN HAMILTON...NORTHEASTERN MERRICK AND POLK COUNTIES... At 424 AM CDT, local law enforcement reported slow moving thunderstorms with very heavy rainfall across the warned area. Between threee to four inches of rain have fallen. Law enforcement has reported there are evacuations and sandbagging occurrring in Osceola. Some locations that will experience flooding include... York, Aurora, Stromsburg, Osceola, Shelby, Hampton, Clarks, Silver Creek, Polk, Bradshaw, Benedict, Marquette, Gresham, Hordville and Thayer. Additional rainfall amounts of one to two inches are possible in the warned area.

Instructions:
Turn around, don`t drown when encountering flooded roads. Most flood deaths occur in vehicles. Be especially cautious at night when it is harder to recognize the dangers of flooding.
