MAXIMO RANGEL-LOPEZ HAS BEEN LOCATED
The Chula Vista Police Department is seeking any information on the whereabouts of Maximo Rangel-Lopez. He is described as a Hispanic male, 79 yrs old, 5'2", 140 lbs., Green eyes, Gray hair; wearing a white t-shirt and jeans.
Rangel-Lopez was last seen on August 15, 2017 at about 7:00 AM when he went for his daily routine of collecting cans for recycle. Rangel-Lopez has lived in the City of Chula Vista for approximately two months and is not too familiar with the city. Rangel-Lopez suffers from Parkinson's disease, high blood pressure, and prostate problems. Rangel-Lopez has beginning signs of cognitive issues. Rangel-Lopez has not taken his medications for his ailments since this morning.
