Deputies responded to the 3000 block of Freeborn Street in the City of Duarte regarding a structure fire. During their investigation, it was determined the fire was started intentionally. The female suspect was detained at the location and subsequently arrested. The Los Angeles County Fire Department responded and extinguished the fire. The structure sustained significant damage. The Los Angeles County Arson and Explosives Detail is responding to the scene to investigate.
