Open Entry Police Officer Testing
SANTA BARBARA, CA – 08/18/2017
The City of Santa Barbara and the Santa Barbara Police Department are advising all interested candidates we are currently accepting applications for the position of Entry Level Police Officer. Applicants who participate in and successfully complete the entire vetting process, if hired would attend the Police Academy in Camarillo starting April, 2018. The Santa Barbara Police Department is always seeking out fair, trustworthy, open minded, quality individuals who want to serve their community and become part of a great organization and City. The deadline for submitting your application to the City of Santa Barbara Human Resources office is Thursday, September 7th, 2017 by 5:30pm. The official testing date for this hiring cycle will be Friday, September 15th, 2017. Please see the attached informational flyers for job descriptions and requirements.
