* Flood stage is 18.0 feet.
* Minor flooding is forecast.
* Forecast...rise above flood stage by late this morning and continue to rise to near 18.1 feet by this afternoon. The river will fall below flood stage by this afternoon.
* Impact...at 18.0 feet...Rural lowlands commence to flood. &&
* AFFECTED AREAS: SEWARD
