WANTED PAROLEE APREHENDED BY K-9 AERO

On Tuesday, August 22nd 2017 at about 10:40 A.M., Anderson Police responded to a residence in the 2900 block of Bay Street to arrest 46 year old, Malcolm Ray Ross, of Anderson. Ross was wanted for violating the terms of his Parole. Malcolm, who has priors for violent crime, narcotics offenses, and theft related offenses, is currently on parole for burglary.

Anderson Police Officers responded to Ross’s residence. Ross failed to surrender to verbal commands given by police regarding his arrest. Ross attempted to elude police and hid in a small room. When discovered and contacted, Ross failed to comply with verbal commands concerning his arrest. Anderson Police K9 Aero was deployed and apprehended Ross without incident.

Ross was admitted to a local, Redding area hospital for treatment, and later released to California State Parole Agents.
