Take a good look at the sketch of a carjacking suspect in Santee. Does he look familiar to you?
The crime happened on Thursday, July 27th around 5:00 p.m. outside a Walmart in the 100 block of Town Center Parkway. A man punched a driver sitting in his car and threatened him with a military-style knife. The man shown in the sketch tried to stab the driver several times, but the driver was able to get out of the car and leave the area. The suspect then drove away in the victim's car.
The car was recovered the next day in the Mid-City area of San Diego.
The victim's debit card was used at fast food restaurants in the City of San Diego.
