On Monday, August 28, 2017 at 07:00am the intersection of East Avenue and 4th Street will be closed to all traffic until 5:00pm Tuesday, August 29th.
The parts came in to complete the utility tie-in that is located in the middle of the intersection of East Avenue and 4th Street. There will be no pass-through traffic through this work zone.
When this tie-in is completed, the project will continue south on East Avenue and will close Sederis Lane and 6th Street intersections at East Avenue.
Again, this construction project will completely close East Avenue and 4th Street intersection to traffic day and night on Monday and Tuesday.
Detour route is Middle Avenue using 16th Street and Broad Street.
