On Monday, August 28, 2017 at 06:00am the intersection of 3rd Street & West Avenue will be closed to all traffic until 5:00pm Friday, September 1st, 2017. This closure is for the installation of the crosswalks. There will be no pass through traffic permitted day or night.
The crosswalk across 3rd Street at Court Street will also be installed at the same time.
Detour routes will be posted.
