On Monday & Tuesday, August 28 and 29, 2017 beginning at 08:00am the City Water Utility department will be doing pavement repairs on East Avenue between 2nd & 3rd Streets. This will require both southbound lanes of East Avenue being closed overnight. There will be one lane open for southbound and one lane northbound of East Avenue between 2nd & 3rd Streets. Water utilities expect this section of East Avenue to reopen Tuesday afternoon by 5:00pm.
Expect traffic delays through this work zone.
