HARVEY BECOMES A CATEGORY FOUR HURRICANE MAKING LANDFALL ON THE MIDDLE TEXAS COAST 
Harvey is well south of Liberty County at this time, however, massive rainfall amounts of up to 30 inches are possible somewhere in the southeast texas area as the storm moves slowly inland.
