Car Show traffic/parking info for 8/26/17 
Macungie Borough is expecting to see increased foot traffic today for the annual car show. Fire Police will have control of key intersections on Main St during busy times of the day. The foot traffic in the area of Main and Poplar Streets continues into the evening after the concert lets out. The lighted crosswalk is still inoperable and street lighting is dim in this area. Please be cautious.
Parking is always an issue when the shows come to town so please be mindful of the POSTED handicapped and restricted parking areas. Paid parking areas around the venue are plentiful. Macungie Police Department would prefer you support our residents by paying a few dollars to park vs paying $20 for a parking ticket.
