National Weather Service has issued a Falsh Flood Watch for East Feliciana Parish until 7pm Thursday the 31st of August. The storm pattern indicates the potential for severe or damaging weather conditions as Tropical Storm Harvey moves over Louisiana. As a precation our Parish President has signed a State of Emergency Declaration. Don't drive on flooded roads and be alert for debris on roads as damaging winds are expected as the storm bands move through.
