2017 Begonia Festival Road Closure Information, Sunday Sept 3rd
Esplanade at Stockton Avenue and San Jose Avenue at Capitola Avenue is closed to vehicular traffic at 10:00 AM with exception of motorists who display handicap placards/license plates.
The following streets will be closed between 10:30 AM - 3:00 PM and will remain closed to all vehicular traffic for the duration of the Nautical Parade:
•Stockton Ave at Wharf Road
•Stockton Ave at Riverview Avenue
•Stockton Ave at Capitola Avenue
•Esplanade (Will close no later than 10:30AM)
•No left turn will be allowed on Monterey Avenue toward Capitola Avenue
