08/22/17 WTPD arrested Joseph Reiner, age 50, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department, possession of (CDS) heroin and possession of drug paraphernalia. On 08/22/17 at approximately 1:03 AM, patrol responded to check a suspicious person in the laundry room of the Rail Road Ave Apartments, 7 Rail Road Ave in Washington Borough. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, it was revealed that Mr. Reiner had an outstanding NCIC warrant out of the Warren County Sheriff’s Department and was in possession of CDS and possession of drug paraphernalia. Mr. Reiner was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

08/22/17 WTPD arrested Jane Tasevski, age 36, of Stewartsville, NJ for disorderly conduct, harassment, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a hypodermic need and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/22/17 at approximately 9:41 PM, patrol responded to a residence in the 1st block of Rail Road Ave. in Washington Borough for a dispute. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Tasevski was charged with disorderly conduct, harassment, possession of a hypodermic needle, possession of drug paraphernalia and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/24/17 WTPD arrested Michael Echardt, age 50, of E. Stewartsville, NJ for a $750.00 outstanding arrest warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Echardt was processed and released with a new court date.

08/24/17 WTPD arrested Rachel Woodburn, age 39, of Bloomsbury, NJ for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/24/17 at approximately 11:33 AM, patrol responded to the McDonald’s, 461 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Township, for a woman yelling and demanding free food because she is a New Jersey State Police officer. After causing the disturbance in McDonald’s, the woman drove off but was quickly located by the officer and the investigation resulted in Ms. Woodburn being charged with disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/25/17 WTPD arrested Kaleb Coffland, age 29, of Phillipsburg, NJ for a $500.00 outstanding arrest warrant out of Washington Township. Mr. Coffland was processed and released with a new court date.

08/25/17 WTPD arrested Douglas Decastro, age 52, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/25/17 at approximately 8:35 PM, patrol responded to the 20 block of Mozart Ave in Washington Township for a subject calling the police because he has no friends to hang out with. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Decastro was charged with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/26/17 WTPD arrested Heather Woolf, age 30, of Washington, NJ for a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/26/17 at approximately 12:52 AM, patrol responded to the 1st block of Monroe St. in Washington Borough for a parking complaint. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Ms. Woolf continued to yell, scream and cause a disturbance. The officer charged her with a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. She was processed and released with a mandatory court date.

08/26/17 WTPD arrested Robert Matthews, age 37, of Washington, NJ for theft of moveable property. On 08/26/17 at approximately 7:00 AM, patrol responded to a reported of theft of three excavating back hoe buckets valued at $2250.00 from Garden State Septic, 153 Rte. 31 S. in Washington Borough. The officer’s investigation resulted in the arrest of Mr. Matthews who was charged with theft of moveable property. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

08/26/17 WTPD arrested Raymond Gardner III, age 25, of Oxford, NJ for simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. On 08/26/17 at approximately 3:48 PM, patrol responded to a dispute at a residence in the 1st block of Valley View Estates in Oxford Township. Upon the officer’s arrival and subsequent investigation, Mr. Gardner was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct and a local ordinance of maintaining a nuisance. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.

08/26/17 WTPD arrested William Shannon, age 36, of Washington, NJ for being an NCIC wanted person out of the New Jersey Parole Board, Newark NJ. On 08/26/17 at approximately 7:12 PM, patrol observed Mr. Shannon, who was known to have an outstanding NCIC warrant, on W. Washington Ave in Washington Borough. The officer made contact with Mr. Shannon, confirmed the active warrant, and took him into custody without incident. He was processed and lodged in the WC Jail.
