Hello Neighbors,

Due to some of the logistics involved in moving from the old police building at 307 W. Dallas Rd to our new building at 1007 Ira E. Woods, I will need to postpone the coordinators meeting for National Night Out, until Tuesday, September 12 at 6:00 PM. Unfortunately I will not have access to the new building and the meeting will be in the Training Room of our old building at 307 W. Dallas Rd.

I apologize for the inconvenience, I realize how busy everyone can be, especially at the start of the school year, so this meeting is not mandatory to participate in National Night Out. Normally this meeting is for neighborhoods to turn in registration forms and for us to pass out t-shirts, banners, door hangers and ask any questions. If you have already registered, I will deliver all t-shirts, banners, and door hangers to the primary coordinator of each registered neighborhood, starting at the beginning of next week.

At the time of this message, we have 30 registered neighborhoods.
