Lomita Sheriff’s Detectives Arrest Suspect in Assault on San Pedro Teen
Detectives from Lomita Sheriff’s Station arrested Jaymel Williams, 20, in the city of Long Beach this morning. Williams was identified as a suspect in the assault of a 15-year-old boy, which took place on March 30, 2017, in La Rambla, an unincorporated community of San Pedro. He was booked into Los Angeles County Jail on attempt murder charges, and is being held on $1,000,000.00 bail.
Williams is scheduled to be arraigned on Tuesday, September 5, 2017, at Long Beach Court.
